Exceptionally clean, lovely apartment, friendly staff. Would recommend If you enjoy views of trees and woodland as cove is surrounded by trees.
Location difficult to find Evan with Tom Tom. If new to the area the route can be challenging esp the hilly country roads. (Were used to town roads.u)

A lovely find, beautiful setting with lovely walks close by. 20 mins drive from Penzance. My children loved it here, nice pool and guinea pigs and rabbit kept them busy. Activities for kids, with small park and outdoor gym. Bicycle hire free! Food in restaurant fantastic as were all the staff. Will go again.

The staff was superb...the service was excellent. Kate and Jesse in particular went out of their way to make our stay easy and worry free. We have 3 young kids who had plenty to do..heated pool, watching the bunny and guinea pigs, watching movies, and having great food. We will definitely return.
Everything was perfect!

Perfect in every respect. This was a last minute opportunity to visit one of the few places in Cornwall we had not been to before. The Hotel accomodation, facilities, staff and location were well beyond our expectations. Thankyou we will book again.

The food (not the breakfast) and wine was excellent and the staff were freindly apart from the owner who did'nt even have the decency to acknowledge us. We checked out a day early. My review is an honest one and I travel upto 10 times a year to some of the best hotels in the world. Even though I spend alot more normally I felt at the cove I did not receive good value for money. Example - orange juice that was not freshly squeezed at 3.75 a glass!
The reviews of this hotel are very misleading its certainly not like the carribean as one review suggested, the pool area is very small and only really has space for 2 familys, forget the sauna as you have to notify reception 20 mins before you want to use it!, Some of the rooms are located near noisy areas, our apartment was noisy, stuffy and hot, the floor was filthy which we got fed up with, the bed was awful as were the pillows, the sheets had holes and rips in them, there was damp patches in the apartment, the breakfast included was a joke all we had was a bag of crossaints left on our doormat every morning. Definitley not 5 star!

Superb, very friendly and welcoming place, the staff couldn't do enough for you. The location is stunning, our view from our room of the Cove was amazing, I often sat in the window seat just staring at the view, so relaxing. Food in the restaurant was fabulous and inventive. The choice to use your self catering kitchen, great option and breakfast in the morning - hot pain au chocolate and pastries delivered to your door, great touch of indulgence. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the kids club, with free activities each day was great, she particularly enjoyed her visit to the wonderful cliff top theatre, 'Wo' the kids club organiser was fab, a great asset to The Cove. We tried each day to see if there were any room cancellations so we could extend our stay! We simply didn't want to leave and we are already organising our next trip. A beautiful location, peaceful and relaxing family break - Fabulous.

We were upgraded free of charge to a wonderful apartment overlooking the outside heated swimming pool and views of the sea. Everything about the lounge, bathroom, four poster bedroom was lovely - we could not have asked for anything more. We unfortunately only stayed for one night but we would love to go back there again and stay for longer.

Bread and condiments provided on arrival, along with fresh juice, milk and bottled water. Daily breakfast delivered to the room of croissant and pain au chocolat! Absolutely delightful, shower was great and modern, attractive furnishings throughout. Large stock of DVDs available to borrow, and fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself.
The wasps/flies! Open the windows at your own risk... Also the access is very tight, don't take large vehicles down there if you can avoid it!
